30 years experience with electronics equipment engineering and manufacturing. Experienced in military and commercial high and low voltage power supplies, radio communications equipment, and high resolution video display systems.
Was Chief Systems Engineer with US Navy Tactical Advanced Computer programs, TAC3 and TAC4; designed hardware consoles and computational equipment for Tomahawk mission planning and Aegis fire control and emergency contingency platforms, and secure military network systems.
Served as Technical Advisor for the COTR on TAC3 and TAC4, and for specialized computing equipment procurements to US Navy Contracting Officers at NISMC Washington Navy Yard.
Co-owned and operated an electronics manufacturer’s representative firm for 9 years. Education; BSEE from San Diego State University 1995.

Started out in the Solar Industry in 1980 as founder and co-owner of Colorado Energy Retrofit solar water heating contractor in Broomfield, Colorado.
20 years experience in the design and manufacture of mechanical systems for the electronics industry. Experienced in thermal, EMI, RFI and connectivity issues.
Served in the US Army for 7 years. Resident of Lakeside, CA. Married. Interests include general aviation, woodworking and environmental technologies.
